The apartment Bon Estatge I is a bright and airy apartments situated in the paceful residential area of Cala San Vicente just a short drive from both resorts Pollensa and Port Pollensa.
This apartment offers a spacious lounge dining room with a large sliding window door looking onto a great furnished balcony which has wonderful views across the mountain. A small corridor gives access to a lovely well equipped open plan fitted kitchen and the laundry room where the washing machine is placed. In this side of the property there also is a twin bedroom and a full large bathroom. On the other side of the property there is the large master bedroom with an en suite full bathroom. This apartment is ideal for families with children that want to stay close to the beach but far from the main resorts.
NOTE: Please take into account that THE APARTMENT IS SITUATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR, and it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
